Set up on the delivery call. There is no self-serve billing for it yet, so we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
How that compares
Percentage-of-savings tools take 25% to 30% of whatever they find, every month, for as long as you keep them. Consultancies quote upwards of £5,000 and four to six weeks. On an £8,000 a month account where an audit finds 22%, you would be saving £1,760 a month, so the £499 pays for itself inside a fortnight and then stops costing you anything.
The case against paying us is on this site too. Our own account came back at 3.4%, which is nowhere near the threshold, and the whole result is published. Some accounts are simply not worth auditing, and the free scan exists to find that out cheaply.
